Mr. Harris' core practice is in the representation of insurance companies, reinsurers, and those forming a captive insurance company. In addition, Mr. Harris represents clients on income tax matters arising out of their personal or commercial activities. Although generally retained by attorneys who do not have direct access to tax expertise within their law firm, he is also retained directly by clients who have specific tax law needs.
